Our Food Philosophy

At 608 Sunset, we pride ourselves in creating an iconic menu that is seasonally driven and crafted to cultivate a memorable dining experience. Over the past 15 years, Chef Jessica has built relationships with some of the best food purveyors in Southern California in order to bring the freshest and highest quality ingredients to her menus.

Chef Jessica opened her first '608' Restaurant in Corona Del Mar in 2021. For over four years, 608 Dahlia had the privilege of sharing our garden-to-table dining experience with the beautiful cities of Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar. We are thrilled to be opening our new '608' Restaurant in Sunset Beach to continue to evolve and expand on our Coastal California garden-to-table cuisine.

608 Sunset is planning to open its doors at 18621 Pacific Coast Highway in Sunset Beach by Spring 2026. We are excited to be open for both lunch and dinner service in our new home. This new location will not only feature the dishes and flavors that you've come to love but will also serve as a welcoming community gathering space for occasion events and culinary celebrations.

 Bring the taste of 608 Sunset home to compliment your at-home gathering. Items that will be available for delivery include our Signature Biscuits, Vegetable Quiche, Flourless Chocolate Torte, and Lemon Tart.
